Fiscal Year 2023-24 Proposed Budget

On May 24, 2023, the City's management team presented the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2023-24 and reviewed the 5-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) through Fiscal Year 2027-28. Highlights of the budget are described in the City Manager's transmittal letter. Formal consideration and adoption of the FY 2023-24 budget will take place at a public hearing on June 14.

In total, the proposed budget appropriations across all funds for FY 2023-24 are approximately $67.3 million, of which $25.7 million if for General Fund operations and investments in capital improvements and reserves. the 5-year CIP includes a total investment of $25.9 million, of which $9.8 million is programmed for projects in FY 2023-24.
