Councilmember Melnick and Councilmember Putz will be hosting a meeting to review the draft Ordinance on Monday, July 18, 2022, in Hofert Hall (City Hall - 39707 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, CA, 92314) at 1 p.m.
The first meeting of the Ad Hoc Committee was held on June 14, 2022. That meeting was a Structured Listening Session to receive public input regarding the various elements of the City’s vacation rental ordinance: Licensing, Management, and Enforcement. The purpose of the discussion was to help identify concepts and solutions for the development of a potential compromised amendment to the City’s vacation rental ordinance.
